NEI Conferences is an international organization serving healthcare professionals worldwide. To provide consistency across countries and destinations, all programme fees are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

Travel & Learn Worldwide

Travel & Learn programmes allow healthcare professionals to integrate accredited continuing education into existing travel plans.

Primer Series

USD $410
Three courses in a consecutive period of three days. Designed for shorter travels.

Foundation Series

USD $465
Five courses in a consecutive period of seven days. Designed for participants seeking additional lecture content over a one week period.

Excellence Series

USD $695
Eight courses in a consecutive period of ten to fourteen days. Designed for delegates travelling up to two weeks at a time. Multiple destinations are possible on one Excellence Series.

Master Membership Series

USD $1,195
NEI Conferences’ most comprehensive Travel & Learn option, designed for delegates seeking maximum educational flexibility and lecture access across multiple travels within a 365-day period.

Accompanying Persons Programme

Many NEI Conferences’ programmes , including Travel & Learn welcome accompanying spouses, partners, family members, or friends who wish to participate in the travel experience without attending the accredited educational activities.

Accompanying person registration is designed for individuals travelling with a registered healthcare professional and may include selected social, cultural, or programme-related activities, depending on the destination and event format.

As accompanying persons do not participate in the accredited educational programme, continuing education credits are not available for this registration category.

Continuing Education Credits

The number of continuing education credits available varies according to the educational programme selected. Specific accreditation and credit information is provided for each programme prior to registration

Important Information

Participants must create a MyNEI account before programme activation.
Educational programmes are activated by NEI Conferences once registration has been completed based on each series’ travel destination and dates.
Travel & Learn programmes are completed while travelling.
Airfare, accommodation, transportation, and personal travel expenses are not included.

Interdisciplinary Forums Worldwide

Interdisciplinary Forums are small, invitation-based educational experiences designed to encourage discussion, collaboration, and the exchange of perspectives among healthcare professionals.

Forum Registration

The registration fee includes:

• Three mornings of facilitated clinical inquiry and case discussions
• One-year NEI Membership, including 18 Category 1 CME credits

• Refreshment breaks during programme hours
• Programme materials
• On-site coordination and participant support throughout the forum

Forum-specific registration fees are published with each individual event.

Airfare, accommodation, airport transfers, optional social activities, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically indicated.

Payment Information

Since 2018, programme fees are paid securely online exclusively through PayPal.

Major credit cards may also be used through the PayPal payment system even if you do not have an account.
